Marcela Veiros


Having earned my Master degree in Production Engineering from Brazil and the Ph.D. in Human Nutrition from Portugal, my academic field is nutrition and food service industry. Within that field, I specialized in assessment of nutritional and sensorial quality of menus. In the past I have studied how a nutritionist can act as a health promoter through food offered in food services; currently, I am also exploring how the food environment can help people to make healthy choices.
