Licenciado em Ciências da Nutrição e Mestre em Nutrição Clínica pela Faculdade de Ciências da Nutrição e Alimentação da Universidade do Porto (FCNAUP), com a dissertação – Dieta Restrita em FODMAP: Eficácia no Controlo da Síndrome do Intestino Irritável (SII).
Atualmente é Nutricionista no Centro Hospitalar Universitário de São João E.P.E, sendo responsável pelo apoio aos Serviços de Gastrenterologia, Neurocirurgia, Neurologia e Medicina Intensiva (UCI), exercendo também atividade de formação científica na Associação Portuguesa de Nutrição (APN).
Entre 2018 e 2019 exerceu funções de Nutricionista e Assessoria Técnica na APN.
Entre 2017 e 2018 exerceu funções de Nutricionista Clínico no Serviço de Cirurgia Cardiotorácia e Serviço de Gastrenterologia do no Centro Hospitalar de Vila Nova de Gaia/Espinho (CHVNG/E).

Degree in Nutrition Sciences and Master in Clinical Nutrition by the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences of the University of Porto (FCNAUP), with the dissertation – Low FODMAP Diet : Efficacy in the Control of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
Currently he is Nutritionist at the Centro Hospitalar Universitário de São João E.P.E., and responsible for the Nutritional support of the Gastroenterology, Neurosurgery and Neurology services and Intensive Care Units, also carrying out scientific training activities at the Portuguese Nutrition Association (APN).
Between 2018 and 2019 he worked as a Nutritionist and Technical Adviser at APN.
Between 2017 and 2018 he worked as Clinical Nutritionist at the Cardiothoracic Surgery Service and at the Gastroenterology Service at the Centro Hospitalar de Vila Nova de Gaia/Espinho (CHVNG/E).
